Home Based Supervising Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing a small caseload of foster families located in the South London area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and supervision to foster families
  • Work closely with therapists, education leads, and other Social Workers
  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans to support the needs of foster children
  • Collaborate with birth parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for children

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience in fostering or Looked After Children Teams
  • Social Work Degree and driving license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
