Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator and Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of projects, supporting the Project Manager to achieve success throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage all project scope and technical documentation
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Place orders for products and services using Company financial systems, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Monitor and expedite delivery of in-house and supplier-provided items, ensuring timely receipt and quality control
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics, utilizing Company transportation subcontractors, to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation
  • Work in line with requirements of quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems, ensuring compliance and adherence to Company policies
  • Coordinate field personnel for site works, producing site handover packs, and ensuring smooth project execution
  • Support the Senior Project Manager with detailed site schedule planning, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project timelines
  • Monitor and support site activities, liaising daily with Site Managers/Supervisors, to ensure project progress and quality control
  • Proficient in coordinating project work, both in-house and off-site, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Confident in presenting data/information in a clear, concise manner for approval, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Able to manage their workload in accordance with project requirements and strict deadlines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations management, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility to changing project requirements and priorities
