Shorterm Group, a prominent entity in the manufacturing and engineering sector with a focus on the Aerospace domain, is seeking a Project Coordinator & Draftsperson to enhance their workforce.


Your responsibilities will center around site advancements, employing recognized project management practices to guide a project team in alignment with the specifications outlined by Shorterm Group.

You will ensure that projects are executed in accordance with quality standards, budget constraints, and timeline goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and secure approval from project sponsors, emphasizing:
    • The project goals and anticipated outcomes.
    • The essential resources and organizational structure for the project.
  • Lead both internal and external teams to guarantee the successful execution of work packages as per project schedules and update project metrics.
  • Submit significant decisions to project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Manage change and risk factors to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with the Project Engineer on the upkeep and enhancement of site schematics.
  • Address site service concerns with Facilities Team Leaders.
  • Exhibit planning and scheduling capabilities, along with effective time management (MS Project).
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD; knowledge of REVIT is an additional advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
