Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with current members to build and maintain relationships, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel valued and supported.
- Attend and participate in Chamber events to maximize engagement.
- Facilitate member-to-member introductions.
- Maintain accurate records and details of client interactions on the CRM as per company procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong will to help others.
Benefits:
- £24,500 pro-rata salary.
- Part-Time hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am to 3:00pm.
