About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety of service users.
  • Follow care plans for each individual.
  • Take service users out into the community.
  • Participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required.
  • Must be resilient.
  • Drivers are essential due to the location.
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care.

  • A competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) with plenty of overtime available.
