Fantastic Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and passionate Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service is located in Cross Hands and supports adults aged between 18 - 65.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety of the service users.
  • Follow care plans for each individual.
  • Take service users out into the community.
  • Participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements:
  • No experience is required.
  • Must be resilient.
  • Drivers are essential due to the location.
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) with plenty of overtime available.
  • Full-time hours: 35 - 35.7 hours per week with 1 sleep per week.
  • Permanent contract.
  • A variety of shifts including optional sleeps, including weekends.
  • Location: Cross Hands.
