Pharmacy Business Systems Analyst

CereCore is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Business Systems Analyst to join our team in London, UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing pharmacy business systems to improve patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the implementation of departmental systems, including workflow analyses and establishment of benchmarks for determining successful project completion.
- Undertake process mapping of current pharmacy-related workflows, including medicines procurement and logistics, clinical pharmacy, and dispensing.
- Perform analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements for business solutions, and making recommendations for reengineering to best use business system capabilities.
- Gather and analyze information from multiple sources to develop system and business requirements, data dictionaries, use cases, and decision trees.
- Collate data, engage with scripting automation, and verify outcomes to advance the development of pharmacy-centric and clinical-centric dictionaries and data sets.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to verify findings and ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose.
- Participate in the testing and checking of pathways before transfer to the new live Electronic Health Record system.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in or with UK hospital pharmacy/hospital/retail pharmacy IT development projects/projects with allied vendors & partners
- Project and change management skills
- In-depth knowledge and dexterity with statistical analysis, spreadsheet, and other software programs
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
