Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of departmental systems, including workflow analyses and establishment of benchmarks.
  • Undertake process mapping of all current pharmacy-related workflows, including medicines procurement and logistics, clinical pharmacy, and dispensing.
  • Analyse business and user needs and document requirements for business solutions, including evaluation of current departmental procedures and processes.
  • Develop and maintain system and business requirements, data dictionaries, use cases, and decision trees.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to verify findings and ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Work with programme pharmacy workstream colleagues to advance planning, designing, and building of functionalities in the new Electronic Health Record programme.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in U.K. hospital pharmacy or IT development projects.
  • Project and change management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, spreadsheet, and other software programs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
