About the Role
Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our brand, social media, and content efforts. As the Head of Brand, Social Media and Content, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a brand strategy that showcases our company's unique value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
- Lead and strategize across all social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our company remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
- Plan and execute world-class social content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with our PR and Partnerships team to amplify our company's voice and reach.
- Drive revenue through strategic campaigns and compelling content.
- Manage a team of 10, overseeing a wide spectrum of content and ensuring high-quality output.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven success in scaling social media channels and developing effective brand strategies.
- Extensive experience in people management, ideally across large social media teams.
- An extensive media network and a strong understanding of the industry.
- Mastery of both organic and paid social media strategies.
- Expertise in content strategy and analytics.
- Comprehensive knowledge across all social media platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make immediate edits.
- A passion for social media and strategic thinking.
- A highly data-driven approach with a strong focus on numbers and analytics.
