Job Title: Lead Cable Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cable Installation Specialist to join our team at AqualisBraemar LOC. As a key member of our marine operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in cable installation and hydrodynamic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership to engineers in the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
  • Undertake hydrodynamic analysis and simulations of marine operations, utilizing Orcaflex software and other relevant tools.
  • Develop and maintain technical competencies in alignment with business needs, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Support tendering activities, providing technical expertise and input to proposals.
  • Participate in business development activities, promoting the company's services and expertise to potential clients.
  • Manage assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and resource requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to the role.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the marine and/or energy industry, with a strong background in cable installation and hydrodynamic analysis.
  • High level of expertise in Orcaflex software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage complex projects and teams.
