Job Title: Lead Cable Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cable Installation Specialist to join our team at AqualisBraemar LOC. As a key member of our marine operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in cable installation and hydrodynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership to engineers in the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
  • Undertake hydrodynamic analysis and simulations of marine operations, including cable installation and mooring analysis.
  • Develop and maintain technical competencies in alignment with business needs, staying up-to-date with the latest standards, guidelines, and techniques.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and project delivery.
  • Support tendering activities, promoting the business and developing new clients.
  • Manage assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to the role.
  • 10 years' experience in the marine and/or energy industry, with expertise in Orcaflex and cable installation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills and attention to detail.
