Accounts Administrator

We are currently in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to enhance our client's financial team.

In the role of Accounts Administrator, you will be essential in facilitating the efficient functioning of the organization's financial operations.

This position is ideal for those who excel in a dynamic setting and are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to incoming calls and providing timely and professional support to callers.
  • Managing service inquiries and resolving customer concerns with efficiency.
  • Processing orders received via phone and email, ensuring precise and prompt data entry.
  • Organising filing systems for optimal document management and retrieval.
  • Accurately entering purchase orders (POs) into the system to streamline procurement processes.
  • Assisting with credit control activities, including monitoring outstanding payments.
  • Timely and accurate input of orders into the system to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Utilising Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, for effective data management and reporting.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator role or similar accounting support position.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail for accurate data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on professional customer interaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable work approach, with effective task prioritisation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
