Accounts Administrator

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Accounts Administrator to enhance our client's financial operations.

In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the seamless execution of the organisation's accounting functions.

This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic setting and possess a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to incoming calls and providing timely and professional assistance to clients.
• Managing service inquiries and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Processing orders received via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and prompt entry.
• Organising filing systems for efficient document management and retrieval.
• Accurately entering purchase orders (POs) into the system to streamline procurement processes.
• Assisting with credit control activities, including monitoring and following up on outstanding payments.
• Promptly and accurately inputting orders into the system to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
• Utilising Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, for data management and reporting.
• Providing exceptional customer service by actively addressing client needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Thriving in a proactive work environment, taking initiative to identify and mitigate potential challenges.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a comparable accounting support role.
• Strong organisational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent customer service abilities with effective and professional communication skills.
• Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.
