Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and delivering regular reporting cycles, including forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Overseeing and reporting on capital expenditures
  • Analyzing stock reports and forecasting trends
  • Providing timely financial and non-financial information to site teams
  • Conducting risk assessments, particularly concerning inventory
  • Coordinating site budgets and preparing forecasts
  • Fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contributing valuable insights and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Leading personal development reviews and guiding Analyst reports

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong analytical skills and business partnering experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both finance and non-finance personnel
  • Relevant expertise in management accounting, including costing, budgeting, and forecasting
  • A proactive approach and positive mindset towards problem-solving
