Brackenberry Ltd is seeking a highly skilled DDAT-SEO Developer to join a project with a prominent Local Authority in Exeter. This is a 6.5-month contract position, with the strong possibility of extension based on client needs.

Rate of Pay: £685.00 per Day

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to continuously enhance and evolve the APIM (Application Programming Interface Management) capabilities.
  • Take ownership of all low-level design aspects for the chosen technical solution, ensuring alignment with established constraints related to time, cost, and quality.
  • Provide expert guidance to the Senior DevOps Engineer (Tech Lead), Product Manager, and Service Owner on operational maintenance strategies, encompassing all relevant factors such as running costs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Technical Architect to maintain a balance between supportability and complexity within the system. This includes identifying and managing potential risks and technical debt.
  • Conduct thorough design and code reviews, delegating tasks where appropriate to foster team development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Java development and a solid understanding of Python development practices.
  • Possess proven experience utilizing Amazon AWS services, including Lambda, EC2, VPC (networking), and the AWS Code Pipeline.
  • Have a strong track record of working within live service environments using DevOps and Agile methodologies.
