Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, driven by innovation, within agreed SLAs and contract agreements.
  • Take responsibility for total service delivery, ensuring all costs and expenditure are within budgeted levels.
  • Ensure methods of preparation, production, and presentation comply with Sodexo's standards and procedures.
