Job Description

About the Role

UNCOVER is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Risk Manager to lead the development and implementation of our digital legal services and generative AI risk management strategy. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to digital innovation and ensuring the responsible deployment of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Refine Risk Management Strategy

Design and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for digital legal services and generative AI, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Establish AI Governance

Develop and refine our GenAI policy to align with our risk tolerance, defining boundaries for decision-making and ensuring responsible application across the organization.

Manage Digital Risk Components

Oversee the risk components associated with our digital legal offerings, including AI-based document automation, AI-driven legal counsel, and other technology-enabled legal solutions.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

Work closely with senior leadership, IT, legal departments, and external collaborators to integrate our digital and AI strategies with our overall risk management goals.

Stay Compliant and Innovative

Monitor new regulations and guidelines pertaining to digital legal services and AI, ensuring we remain compliant and lead in industry innovation.

Requirements

  • Extensive Risk Management Experience

Proven experience in risk management, with a focus on digital transformation and AI within the legal sector or professional services.

Strong Regulatory Knowledge

Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding digital legal services and AI technologies.

Leadership and Communication Skills

Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving innovation while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
