- Product Knowledge and Promotion: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantage, ensuring your team can convey these effectively and through the creation of partnerships, look at ways our products can stand out in the sectors we work in.
- Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Commission Reports: Work with the finance and operations teams to produce, monitor, and approve monthly commission reports across the sales department.
- Understanding of the FE and Training Sector: An understanding of the Further Education and training sector, particularly the apprenticeship model.
- Sales Team Management Experience: Sales team management experience within the apprenticeship sector.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of individual high performance within a sales function and in the management of a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of Organisational Effectiveness: Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
- Excellent IT Skills: Excellent IT skills, including MS Office.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
