Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP Workstream Lead to join our team at Service Care Solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a target operating model for our service to support the new ERP solution (SAP Cloud). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workstream to develop technical and non-technical designs and reporting, as well as implementing a new support model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze the current support model, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop a new set of common design principles for support services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the transition to the new operating model, closing identified gaps prior to go-live.
  • Identify future roadmap activities and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of phase 2 of the new support services.
  • Identify opportunities for future efficiencies, process improvements, and benefits.

Essential Experience:

  • 4+ years' experience managing SAP projects from a technical and non-technical perspective.
  • Experience leading a small team and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with procurement, including recent regulatory changes, and knowledge of SAP and/or ARIBA.
  • Experience working with new support projects and implementing process improvements.
