SAP Workstream Development Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP Workstream Development Lead to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the development of a target operating model for our service to support the new ERP solution (SAP Cloud).

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience managing SAP projects from a technical and non-technical perspective, with a strong understanding of procurement, including recent regulatory changes. Experience working with new support projects and knowledge of SAP and/or ARIBA are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve the current support model, including technical and non-technical designs and reporting
  • Develop a new set of common design principles for support services
  • Manage the transition to the new operating model and close identified gaps prior to go live
