SAP Workstream Development Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP Workstream Development Lead to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the development of our target operating model for the service to support our new ERP solution (SAP Cloud).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve the current support model, including technical and non-technical designs and reporting.
  • Develop a new set of common design principles for support services.
  • Lead a project to transition to the new operating model and close identified gaps prior to go-live.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience managing SAP projects from a technical and non-technical perspective.
  • Experience of procurement, including recent regulatory changes and knowledge of SAP and/or ARIBA.
  • Experience working with new support projects.
