Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio, monitoring commercial aspects, and ensuring deadlines and fee recovery targets are met.
About the Role- Prepare and deliver accurate and well-informed tax advice
- Support business development by attending prospective meetings, quoting for services, and encouraging skill sharing amongst the wider firm
- Manage your own portfolio of personal tax compliance clients
- Mentor junior team members, assist with workflow management, quality control, and provide training
- Nurture trusted client relationships, proactively handle queries, and problem solve
- Keep up-to-date with the latest tax knowledge and changes in the industry

- ATT and/or CTA qualified with a minimum of three years' tax experience within UK practice
- Qualified by experience within UK practice would also be considered
- Technically efficient across taxation
- Supervisory experience with good people management skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and reliable
- Eager to progress and learn from the team
- A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call
- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
