Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Maintenance Manager to lead our site team in delivering exceptional maintenance services to our customers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site, managing maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Management
    • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
    • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners.

    • Understand and meet customer needs and expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution.

    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administration.
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, operations leadership, or a related field.
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team leadership and development.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
      • Knowledge of maintenance management principles, practices, and industry standards.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and deadlines.
