Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff and students, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and achieve departmental goals.
- Manage clinic areas and departments on an occasional basis, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Student Assessor qualification or willingness to undertake.
- Evidence of professional development and current Supervisor role with Students.
- Strong clinical skills, including keyboard skills and ability to motivate others.
- Experience in an acute NHS setting, with a focus on complex wound management and supervising junior staff and students.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- A kind, caring manner and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility in hours and days, with a willingness to adapt to changing patient and departmental needs.
