About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Henry Martin Group. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Administration: Assist in the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, preparing regular financial reports and reconciliations.
  3. Subcontractor Management: Oversee the procurement and management of subcontract packages, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  4. Client Liaison: Liaise with clients on payment, variations, and final accounts, ensuring excellent customer service.
  5. Team Collaboration: Participate in project meetings, assist with claims, and work closely with the Managing Surveyor to ensure project success.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications: BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in residential construction with experience in contract administration.
