The successful M&E Project Quantity Surveyor will join a highly regarded contractor on a large residential project in London with a M&E Value of £40M+ that will be a significant achievement on any M&E Quantity Surveyor CV looking to add a flagship project to their portfolio.

M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
  1. Preparing and evaluating supplier and sub-contractor enquiries.
  2. Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts.
  3. Provide data and analysis of issues and risks.
  4. Dealing with the sub-contractors (variations, final accounts, etc).
  5. Submitting valuations and agreeing with the main contractor/client.
  6. Submitting and agreeing variations with the main contractor/client.
  7. Agreeing final accounts with the main contractor.
  8. Reporting project performance internally (CVRs, etc).
M&E Quantity Surveyor Requirements
  1. Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with years of commercial experience.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
