About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. As a key member of the commercial department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and profitable execution of contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full commercial responsibility for the execution of contracts
  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring reliable and contractual performance
  • Provide commercial and contractual support to operations on multiple projects
  • Ensure timely submission and agreement of applications, cost plans, and other documentation
  • Liaise with clients on account details and securing final payment
  • Maintain subcontractor control and administer accounts
  • Monitor and control costs associated with each contract
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent
  • Proven Quantity Surveying experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in producing procurement schedules and working on M&E projects
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Knowledge of various forms of contract
