About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Operations and Maintenance team in Cumbernauld, Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for controlling and managing all RSE activities on site, ensuring that all works are performed in accordance with specifications and relevant safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Instruct and direct Trade Operatives and Apprentices to ensure efficient and effective work execution.
  2. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management requirements on site.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including filing and inspection.
  4. Discuss work-related matters with trades operatives and contractors.
  5. Liaise with other contractors engaged on site on a daily basis.
  6. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on contract progress and future resource requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in the water sector is highly advantageous, but other industrial sectors, including civil engineering, will be considered.
  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications are required.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
