About the Role

Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee substations projects in the transmission and distribution sector. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in operational management and project coordination to make a significant impact in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Direct and oversee the daily operations at substations, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with project plans and compliance standards.

  • Project Coordination: Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any challenges faced, ensuring effective communication across project teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience supervising substations or related projects in transmission and distribution.

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
