The Principal HVAC Engineer will play a crucial role in delivering HVAC services for refinery, petrochemical, and energy transition initiatives during the FEED and EPCM phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing HVAC engineering tasks for various projects
  • Potentially serving as the Lead HVAC Engineer when required
  • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of discipline-related deliverables and activities
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop project deliverables
  • Utilizing expertise in ventilation system design at a principal level
  • Generating ventilation system design outputs, including VFDs, Basis of Design, and plant sizing calculations
  • Drafting documentation such as Equipment Specifications and Design Assessment Reports
  • Recognizing scope and schedule modifications in line with the Change Control Process
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant procedures and regulations
  • Preparing project estimates and timelines
  • Conducting sizing calculations for HVAC equipment
  • Offering hybrid working arrangements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in FEED/EPCM projects
  • Proficiency in client management and briefing
  • Coordination capabilities in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Technical expertise in HVAC systems and equipment
  • Project management experience within the HVAC field
  • Familiarity with industry standards in the Oil and Gas sector
  • Awareness of 'Green' directives related to HVAC and building services
