Exciting Opportunity for a Principal Structural Engineer

Wood is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Principal Structural Engineer to join an exciting project based from our Reading office on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a cutting-edge project and a talented team.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong and have experience within the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, LNG, or Power Generation industry. Previous experience in a similar position would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering Degree in a relevant subject
  • Chartered Engineer status preferable
  • Competent in using Civils' design programmes such as Foundation 3D, Mat 3D
  • Experience and good understanding of UK national and international codes and standards
