Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team at MWH Treatment. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in the management of our projects and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including quantity surveying duties and cost control.
- Liaise with design, construction, and supply chain teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and ensure that our services meet their needs.
- Manage the main contract, including the preparation and issue of subcontract documentation and the management of subcontractors.
- Prepare and agree applications for payment and manage the preparation of project cost and value reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Assist in the management and development of junior commercial staff and ensure continuous professional development through external networking and training.
- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback and presenting a professional image of the department and MWH Treatment.
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure confidentiality and maintain mutually constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
