Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team at MWH Treatment. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in the management of our projects and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects and work packages, ensuring accurate cost control and reporting.
- Liaise with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyze, and control costs.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure business requirements are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Prepare and issue subcontract documentation, manage subcontractors, and assist in the management of junior commercial staff.
- Develop and maintain project cost and value reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying and commercial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
