As a vital member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our supply chain data. Your responsibilities will encompass managing master data, overseeing inventory control processes, and collaborating with various departments to streamline data flow and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update master data records for products, suppliers, and customers, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
  • Develop and implement procedures for inventory control, including receiving, storage, and tracking of materials.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, production, and logistics, to resolve data discrepancies and optimize processes.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing master data and inventory control systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
