Quality Assurance Inspector

NW Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team in Burnley. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products manufactured in the press shop department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of production in the press shop department to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Calibrate and issue gauges and test equipment as required.
  • Issue drawings and customer quality requirements to relevant staff.
  • Perform first-off reports and tests on job set-ups in the press shop department.
  • Isolate and control non-conforming parts and materials.
  • Perform other duties as required, including attending training courses and customer visits.
Requirements:
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Work to the Company quality system and maintain safe working practices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in communication skills.
