Job Title: Band 6 CPN CMHT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client's team in Essex. As a Band 6 CPN CMHT, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential NHS community mental health services.

About the Role:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, your duties will encompass:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status.
  • Administering medications and monitoring their effects on patients.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions such as counseling and behavioral therapies.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a community recovery role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Past experience in CMHT.
