We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Haywood Lodge. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, promoting a sense of security, dignity, and independence.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be expected to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
