About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers upon entrance and provide a warm welcome
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant and ancillary areas
  • Take food and drink orders from customers with a pleasant attitude
  • Prepare drinks and serve them to customers in a timely manner
  • Run food orders from the kitchen, verifying that they are correct, and serve them to customers
  • Ensure that all guests are dealt with in a professional manner in accordance with company standards
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Pleasant, bubbly personality
