About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers upon entrance and provide a warm welcome
  • Ensure the restaurant is kept clean and tidy, with buffets fully stocked and dirty plates and cutlery cleared away
  • Take food and drink orders from customers with a pleasant attitude and serve them in a timely manner
  • Prepare drinks and run food orders from the kitchen, verifying that they are correct before serving
  • Ensure all guests are dealt with in a professional manner, in accordance with company standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
  • Experience in a 4-star restaurant is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Pleasant and bubbly personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
