Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager (Team Leader) to join our dynamic team at SSP Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our units, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the opening and closing of units, ensuring operational excellence and adhering to guidelines.
- Guide and support colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment.
- Coordinate team efforts to achieve operational efficiency and improve service.
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example and promoting inclusivity and motivation.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, communicating effectively and making thoughtful decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.
