Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Cutover Manager to oversee the transition process during their ERP implementation project.


Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, leadership, and management of activities that ensure a smooth transition through the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors.


Key Duties Include:
1. Develop a detailed cutover strategy that outlines the approach and governance for planning, rehearsing, and executing cutover and post go-live activities.
2. Engage with key stakeholders to communicate the strategy, ensuring clarity on requirements, resources, and timelines.
3. Collaborate with essential members of the program team and technical delivery partners to meticulously coordinate business and technical cutover activities.
4. Organize and conduct a Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR) to validate the cutover plan and analyze the results.


Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:


  • Extensive experience in planning and managing ERP cutovers in complex environments, particularly involving significant system changes.
  • Experience with simultaneous go-lives for Finance, HR, and Procurement systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba implementations is preferred.
  • Experience in Local Authority or Public Sector environments is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:
Daily Rate: £675, inside IR35 (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type: Contract
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
