We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Workstream Lead to come and join an amazing company based in Gloucestershire.

This will be an initial 8-month contract (with a possibility of an extension) The role will have an expectation to be in the office once a week and working inline with an incredible team.

The role will manage the workstream to develop target operating model for the service to support the new ERP solution (SAP Cloud) this will include technical and non-technical designs and reporting alongside their new support model

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the current support model (technical and non-technical) user experience (pain points and opportunity assessment), customer access and impacts to ways of working
  • Help them scope, design and develop a new set of common design principles for support services
  • Develop a project to transition to the new operating model and close the identified gaps prior to go live
  • Identify the future roadmap activities and timelines which need to be managed post go-live to deliver phase 2 of the new support services
  • Identify future efficiencies, process improvements and benefits

Essential Experience:

  • 4+ years' experience managing SAP projects from a technical & non-technical perspective
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of procurement, including recent regulatory changes and knowing SAP and/or ARIBA are essential.
  • Experience working for local authority would be beneficial but not essential

This would be a great opportunity for an experienced SAP Lead to come and join a local authority company that is developing and launching their new support systems. We will be looking for someone that has project experience with the tech and non-tech sides.
