Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Cutover Manager to oversee the transition process for their SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors implementation. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless go-live experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive cutover strategy that outlines the governance framework for planning, rehearsing, and executing cutover and post go-live activities.
  • Engage with essential stakeholders to communicate the strategy, ensuring clarity on requirements, resources, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with members of the program team and technical delivery partners to meticulously coordinate business and technical cutover activities.
  • Organize and execute a Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR) to validate the cutover plan and assess outcomes.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in planning and managing ERP cutovers in complex environments, particularly involving significant system changes.
  • Experience with simultaneous go-lives for Finance, HR, and Procurement systems.
  • Preferably, familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba implementations.
  • Experience within Local Authority or Public Sector settings is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
Daily Rate: £675, inside IR35 (negotiable based on experience)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Type: Contract
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
