Internal Payroll & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our Finance and HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as managing benefits administration for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal payroll operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on-time.
  • Manage workflow to reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
  • Administer pension schemes for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with the external payroll team to develop ad-hoc financial reporting as requested.
  • Build high-performance relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Manage compensation and benefits, including Group Life Scheme, Medical, Pension, BIK, and Bonus.
  • Implement Compensation & Benefit policies and pay practices, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
