About the Role:

Hestia Housing Support is committed to providing high-quality services to vulnerable individuals. As a Criminal Justice Resilience Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting residents in our Approved Premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver rehabilitative activities in groups and one-to-one settings, promoting pro-social behavior and a positive culture of respect.
  • Implement protocols and procedures to ensure compliance, including drug and alcohol testing requirements and curfews.
  • Monitor and maintain the health, safety, security, cleanliness, and hygiene of the Approved Premises, utilizing information sharing, CCTV, direct observation, and other methods.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably those with a history of involvement in the Criminal Justice System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and colleagues effectively.
