Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead and own ServiceNow deliveries, mentor team members, and implement best practices. The successful candidate will participate in all phases of design, development, and deployment in ServiceNow, ensuring high-quality solutions that align with ITIL processes and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that meet customer needs and align with ITIL processes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow implementations, guiding and mentoring team members to ensure seamless integration with core ServiceNow modules.
  • Define, implement, and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, ensuring adherence to standards and quality.
  • Conduct trainings on ServiceNow modules and processes, and perform due diligence on customer tools, processes, and projects.
  • Ensure accurate foundation data management and data modeling, and manage LDAP integration and create templates for foundation data and CMDB.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Glide scripting, and Glide Records.
  • Expertise in creating custom related lists, Access Control Lists, and script-based UI policies, and proficient in rendering forms, lists, UI pages, and working with Jelly.
  • Experience with Web Service Integration, LDAP, and importing data from external sources, and ability to design macros, formatters, and work with complex log files.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including external tools, applications, and systems, and required certifications in ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow Admin.
