We are in search of a meticulous and well-organized Financial Operations Associate to become a vital part of our finance department.

In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the financial processes of the organization by managing various responsibilities related to invoicing, vendor accounts, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing New Vendor Accounts:
    Collect and verify necessary documentation to create new vendor accounts in accordance with company regulations.
  • Payment Processing:
    Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and execute payment schedules within set deadlines.
  • Vendor Statement Reconciliations:
    Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure precision and address any inconsistencies.
  • General Ledger Maintenance:
    Keep the general ledger updated with accurate financial information. Assist with data entry and journal entries as needed.
  • Financial Analysis:
    Work closely with the finance team to analyze and report on financial data related to business and revenue.
  • Financial Reporting:
    Support the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Month-End Closing:
    Engage in the month-end closing activities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in bookkeeping is essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
