Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure customer delight and vision beyond the scope
* Track and escalate technical risks and issues
* Provide resource escalation support for service projects
* Ensure resource assignment SLAs are being met
* Evaluate processes and recommend changes to drive higher quality and profitability
* Own and mitigate services staffing issues and escalations
* Work closely with the Sales and Services selling teams to ensure consistency and quality
* Identify and define creative solutions for project staffing
* Review multiple projects and identify synergistic opportunities to reduce cost and complexity
* Escalate project and sales risks and issues
* Continuously focus on methodologies & deployment process with a focus on constant improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent experience
* Minimum five years of technical management experience, preferably in a professional services environment
* Prior experience managing engineering teams, technical staff, and managers in a project execution capacity
* Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems
* Capable of effective oral and written presentations to senior-level executives
* Must be comfortable working with internal and external customers at the Executive/ Director Level
* Good analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial and cost control best practices
* Knowledge of and proven experience with leading a creative team to deliver services
* Proven experience interacting with large enterprise clients
* Knowledge of Salesforce, Project Management Tools, and Project Management Methodologies
* Strong Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to implement change
* Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff
* Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
* Demonstrated technical deployment knowledge across multiple OEM or technology disciplines
