Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's fire protection team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and tracking projects, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of fire protection services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and track projects from start to completion, working closely with the project manager to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Produce daily and weekly progress reports on various projects, highlighting key milestones and any potential issues.
  • Schedule materials and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Read and understand contracts, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly contract applications and account reports to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Previous contracts management experience in the fire protection industry.
  • Strong understanding of fire protection regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • UK driving license and ability to commute to the office.
