We understand the importance of our clients' brand coming to life in every detail of a fit out project. We consider every project, whether it's a high-tech office, a high street or shopping centre retail unit, or a quirky little restaurant.
We are seeking a motivated and driven Quantity Surveyor to work within our ISG Retail division. In return, our aim is to provide you with the best experiences and development opportunities, helping you to build your career and enabling you to fully realise your potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors to continuously improve the customer experience and support future repeat and negotiated business.
- Take active responsibility for all financial procedures in conjunction with the Senior Surveyor.
- Be degree qualified or have substantial experience within the construction industry in the field of commercial management and surveying.
- Have a good understanding of JCT/NEC forms of contract and contract law.
